If you are a garden romantic like me, you must get this book. Along with hollyhock dolls, it has amazing ideas for getting kids involved in gardens. Who wouldn't love a pizza garden, a sunflower house or a moon garden? Tons of fun. Dd has been out in the garden all day. If you can't tell, the orange poppy is the hat, the small green bud the head, the twigs are arms, (one twig is bent like her hand is on her hip) the pink hollyhock the skirt, now do you see it? Very fashionable.

Oh my gosh!!! Memories!!! My grandma taught me to make hollyhock dolls when I was a wee one. Fun!!!!!
My mom showed me how to make these when I was a kid. And, I just picked up some hollyhock starts last week.
Hello! I have been wondering where I could get some of those! I will have to order some from you. Thanks for putting me on your email list! It's fun to read your blog, maybe I should start one, it seems like all the rage these days.
