Easy fireplace makeover

Thanks to my friend Luanna! This project took more time in taping than painting, and was easy to do. Just a can of high-heat Rustoleum, and the fireplace insert looks better than new. Unless you are a fan of polished brass, then I guess you don't need to bother. A good cleaning never hurts either.

Woo hoo! You DID do it. My next move is to do all the doorknobs in my house. A friend of mine has done hers with an "oil rubbed bronze" spray and it looked surprisingly great.

Lu, now that I'd like to see. My next spray paint project is the threshold to my front door. Its the same goldish color, but the rest of the door hardware is brushed nickel. Dh didn't believe me that he could find spray paint in that color, but he did!
