And now in other vegetable news...

The cauliflowers. Some of them. These three beauties weighed in at 12 lbs. total. Thats a whole lotta cream of cauliflower soup. Which is a very good thing when you make this recipe and a loaf of homemade bread. Enjoy.

Tamlynn, those are impressive! I have a great cauliflower recipe if you want. You roast the florets with olive oil, chopped garlic and rosemary and then toss it all with whole wheat rotini and parmesan cheese. It's so good and a good way to get rid of a whole head of cauliflower. I can give you the exacts if you want to try it, Melissa
